All packages must be inspected upon receipt. Any problems or damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery confirmation. To place a claim for shipping damages or breakage please email info@soktas.co and include the tracking number, photo documentation of the damage, and your contact information. Do not discard damaged fixtures unless expressly told to do so by SØKTAS.

Warranty length is 12 months with the understanding that the warranty does not cover consumables such as light bulbs. Warranty does not cover any breakage during installation or cleaning.

SØKTAS products are handcrafted. There may be slight variation in color, texture, and finish. These are not considered flaws.
