REFUND POLICY

5.1 Before placing an order, please make a thoughtful decision. Refunds are not available for incorrect selections or change of heart, unable to be installed due to application, including for customised products.

5.2 Upon delivery, you are required to inspect all Products and report any damage to Soktas within 24 hours of receipt. Before granting any exchanges, repairs, or credits, Soktas must inspect the returned product(s) to confirm the existence of such damage. For any defective Product(s) that Soktas can reasonably fix, no refunds will be given to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a Product(s) needs to be repaired or replaced, Soktas may have to wait for a certain amount of time. The length of the wait depends on how long it will take to replace the Product or make the necessary repair.
Any Product(s) accepted for return or exchange must be shipped in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and instructions.

5.3 To ensure the Product is used safely and lasts a long time, it is crucial that you adhere to the installation instructions provided by Soktas (s). Refunds, replacements, or free repairs are not available from Soktas for products that have been misused, including by failing to adhere to installation instructions.

5.4 If any law prohibits or restricts the exclusion, restriction, or modification of any implied warranties, conditions, or obligations, Soktas limits its liability with respect to any such claim to, at its option: (a) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; (b) the repair of the goods; or (c) the payment of the cost of repairing the goods, replacing the goods, or acquiring equivalent goods.
